DIRECTIONS
Apply a liberal amount on to a cotton pad. Gently wipe the cotton pad across the closed eye area without any pressure. Allow the gentle formula to dissolve makeup. Repeat if needed. This cleanser can be used to remove foundation, and lipstick.
KEY INGREDIENT
Cocamidopropyl Betaine – Gentle cleansing and conditioning properties. Gentle surfactant and may also be used to help as a foam booster.
