Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
How do I start a return?
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@bhrskincare.com with your order number or proof of purchase.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within several business days.
What if my refund is delayed?

Exchanges
Do you offer exchanges?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at contact@bhrskincare.com.

Shipping Information
Who covers return shipping costs?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund amount.
Should I use tracked shipping for returns?
For returns over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
How long do exchanges take?
Shipping times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location and carrier transit times.
Gift Returns
Can I return a gifted item?
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit for the value of the return once it is received and approved.
What happens if the gift wasn’t marked as a gift?
If the order was not marked as a gift at purchase, any approved refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

How do subscriptions work?
When you subscribe, your selected products will automatically be delivered on your chosen schedule and your payment method will be charged at each renewal period.
Can I cancel or modify my subscription?
Absolutely. You can pause, skip, update, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account or by contacting our support team before your next billing date.
Will I be notified before my subscription renews?
Yes. You’ll receive an email reminder before your next order is processed so you can make any changes if needed.
Do subscribers receive any benefits?
Subscribers may receive exclusive perks such as discounted pricing, early access to launches, or subscriber-only promotions depending on the product.
What happens if my payment fails?
If a payment cannot be processed, our system will automatically retry the payment method and notify you to update your billing information if needed.
Can I return subscription orders?
Subscription orders follow the same return policy as standard purchases and must meet eligibility requirements outlined in our Returns & Refunds policy.
